Vous disposez d’un emplacement parking dans le garage souterrain et de deux grandes piscines communes dont une est située au même niveau que l’appartement et la deuxième est située dans les jardins donnant accès à la plage et à la promenade.
L’appartement dispose d’une nouvelle cuisine équipée ouverte sur le salon/living avec TV écran plat, un coin buanderie, 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains.
L’appartement est situé à proximité des commerces, bars et restaurants du port, à 500m du golf de la Duquesa et non loin d’Estepona (10minutes), Marbella (25 minutes), l’aéroport de Málaga (60 minutes).

This apartment was excellent and everything we had hoped for having read the reviews. Ideally located with great views over the Marina and a 2 minute walk to a number of bars & restaurants.

Very smart apartment

There is a lovely pool area with well kept grounds. I would recommend certainly this apartment for a lovely stay. |

The air conditioning was not working which would have helped for a more comfortable nights sleep.
The bedding could be improved duvets are very heavy for comfort, the pillows are an odd shape and not at all comfortable.

Some sort of shade in the veranda would make it more comfortable when eating breakfast. A simple roller blind would work. Umbrellas in the pool area would help hugely when sitting around the pool |
